Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the length and complexity of consults, please be courteous and provide notice of at least 2 full business days to cancel or reschedule appointments. A notice of less than 24 hours and no shows will be charged the FULL amount of the consult fee.
Payment in full is expected at the time of your consult. Refunds will only be offered due to emergencies or on a case-by-case basis.
